By accessing or using QR Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the website, the generator, or any related API or subscription services.

These terms apply to visitors, users of the free QR tools, API users, and any customer who purchases a paid subscription through QR Studio or an authorized payment provider.

QR Studio provides web-based QR code generation tools, related API access, templates, and other digital features for creating and exporting QR codes.

Certain features may be provided free of charge, while others may be offered on a paid subscription basis. Features, limits, and pricing may change over time.

You may use QR Studio only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to create, distribute, or promote illegal content, malware, phishing pages, fraud, spam, copyright infringement, or abusive activity.

You may not interfere with the stability, security, or availability of the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated traffic in a way that harms the platform or other users.

If QR Studio offers paid plans, API access, or subscription-based services, access is granted subject to the limits, usage rules, and plan terms presented at the time of purchase.

You are responsible for safeguarding your API credentials and for all activity performed using your account, subscription, or API keys. QR Studio may suspend or restrict access in case of abuse, fraud, non-payment, or violations of these terms.

If you purchase a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the subscription fee and any applicable taxes on a recurring basis until cancellation.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel future renewals before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.

Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees and digital service payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or the billing period has started.

QR Studio may, at its sole discretion, review refund requests involving duplicate payments, technical billing errors, or exceptional service issues. Any approved refund does not waive QR Studio rights under these terms.

QR Studio and its related design, branding, software, content, and documentation are owned by their respective rights holders and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain rights to the content you submit to generate QR codes, but you represent that you have the necessary rights to use that content. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute QR Studio itself except as expressly permitted by law.

By using QR Studio, you understand that limited technical and transactional information may be processed to operate the website, protect the service, process purchases, and support subscriptions or API access.

If QR Studio publishes a separate privacy policy, that policy also applies to the handling of personal data and should be read together with these terms.

QR Studio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose.

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including features, rate limits, plans, or integrations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QR Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

If liability cannot be fully excluded, the total liability of QR Studio for any claim relating to the service will be limited to the amount you paid to QR Studio for the relevant service during the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

QR Studio may suspend or terminate access to the website, API, or paid services if you violate these terms, misuse the service, fail to pay applicable fees, or create legal, operational, or security risk.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including billing obligations, disclaimers, liability limitations, and intellectual property protections, will continue to apply.

QR Studio may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms become effective once posted on this page unless stated otherwise.

Continued use of QR Studio after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
