By accessing or using QR Studio, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website, generator, templates, or API.

These terms apply to visitors and account holders who use QR Studio services.

QR Studio currently provides its QR code generator, templates, and API free of charge. The website does not offer paid plans or subscriptions.

There is no plan-based monthly request quota for API keys. We may apply reasonable technical safeguards to protect the stability, security, and availability of the service.

You may use QR Studio only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to create, distribute, or promote illegal content, malware, phishing pages, fraud, spam, copyright infringement, or abusive activity.

You may not interfere with the stability, security, or availability of the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated traffic in a way that harms the platform or other users.

API keys identify your account and allow you to review request history. You are responsible for protecting your API key and for activity performed with it.

QR Studio may suspend or restrict access in case of abuse, fraud, security concerns, or violations of these terms.

QR Studio and its related design, branding, software, content, and documentation are owned by their respective rights holders and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain rights to the content you submit to generate QR codes, but you represent that you have the necessary rights to use that content. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute QR Studio itself except as expressly permitted by law.

QR Studio may process limited technical, account, and usage information to operate the website, protect the service, and provide API access.

QR Studio’s Privacy Policy also applies to the handling of personal data and should be read together with these terms.

QR Studio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose.

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including features, technical safeguards, or integrations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QR Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where applicable law does not allow that exclusion or limitation.

QR Studio may suspend or terminate access to the website or API if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or create legal, operational, or security risk.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including disclaimers, liability limitations, and intellectual property protections, will continue to apply.

QR Studio may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms become effective once posted on this page unless stated otherwise.

Continued use of QR Studio after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
